At Talana, each piece is slowly and thoughtfully handcrafted just for you.
All of our products are made to order, with careful attention to detail and a thorough quality control process before shipping.

Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our items,
we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We deeply value your trust, and if there is ever an issue with your order,
please reach out — we’ll be happy to assist and find a kind resolution.

 

REFUND

We understand that receiving a damaged or faulty item can be disappointing. Please know that we're here to assist you promptly.

If you encounter such a situation, kindly reach out to us at talana.homedecor@gmail.com and follow these simple steps :
1. If you observe any damage to the packaging upon receiving the item, we kindly request that you take a photo of the box.
2. When opening the product, please record a no cut video to document the process and showcase any damage encountered.
3. Capture a clear photo of the damaged product and provide a brief description detailing the issue.
4. Reach us at talana.homedecor@gmail.com - Please include your order number in the subject line and photos of the item for faster processing. 

We are happy to investigate and assist with any issues regarding product quality.

Refund Duration

We strive to process refunds within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. However, please note that since our products are all custom orders, handmade in Bali, cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun.

Order Cancellation
You have a window of 12 hours from the time of placing your order to initiate a cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, we're unable to cancel it. 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you find yourself beyond the initial 12-hours window, you can still cancel your order; however, please be aware that a 15% Cancellation Fee will apply.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
