Free shipping discount is counted in USD only. International customers will have to reach $120 USD in their respective currency exchange.

Shipping Methods: 

We use DHL and POS Indonesia with an estimated transit time of 3-7 days.
Once your order is packed, we will promptly provide you with your tracking number.

Talana shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.

While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, there will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
